For anyone who has ever visited our house, your arrival has probably been announced by our burglar alarm, which happens to have four legs, a waggly tail, black fuzz, and answers (sometimes) to the name of 'Jasper'. My aunt, bless her, has seen fit to recognize Jasper's tireless devotion to our security with this new welcome mat, which will have a place of honor in our entryway:
