Dear Mooses - That is some basil crop. Our grape crop was gigundo this year, so we are in the throes of juice and jelly. Picked 10 bushels of apple drops at a friends' orchard yesterday, so I feel applesauce and pies in the offing. Cutting and splitting wood, cleaning chimneys - all the Fall stuff. Tonight I am going to write my official resignation/retirement letter, effective June 30, 2008. Looking forward to the family gathering. Hope we cross paths there. Love you both lots!
